Hi hi,

Just like the title, I finally find some more budget and looking for a GTX 960. I'm using i3-3220 with gtx 750ti. But I haven't made up my mind yet because I'm not sure if there be any bottle-neck situation would happen if I replace with a gtx 960. Btw the psu is Huntkey 550W and main B75M-HD3.

And is there any way to figure out if your system is bottle-necked or not before I install all the hardware.

Thanks in advance!

Yeah you'll be fine. I have a R9 380 which is similar to the GTX 960 and I get around 45 FPS on Far Cry 4, so don't worry. Just make sure your PSU has the correct PCI-E cables for the new graphics card.

How about mainboard (B75- HD3)? I heard some folks said it could not be able to handle it.

What games are you playing? For 95% of games I think you will be fine. But if you are going to be playing CPU intensive games such as Civilizations 5, Cities: Skyline, or StarCraft, then I think you might have a slight bottleneck just due to the fact that you are using a pretty old CPU. But if your playing games like League of Legends, or Counter Strike, you'll be fine.

Just GTA 5 and some FPS games like far cry or fallout 4...
