Im looking for a GTX 960, and i would lik it to have blue in it, but just black is fine. And I want it to be 200 dollars or below, with having the best performance you can get from a GTX 960.

You may be looking for a gtx 960 but I really recommend an R9 380 4gb instead (or wait for the upcoming R9 380X which launches in mid November for about 250$). It is a bit more powerful than a gtx 960 and the extra vram is useful (better than a gtx 960 4gb). Waiting for the R9 380X would be a really good choice.
