GTX 960 i3 4170

Would the GTX 960 i3 4170 be a able to run newer games at high? If not what could it run games like GTA 5 and witcher at?

Will it run better than an Xbox one/ps4?

Also I need a motherboard ($100 Max) and power supply ($90 Max) for the build.

I don't want any other suggestions for the cpu/GPU because its the best combo I can afford. Just want to know how it will hold up

It should run most if not all games at high at 1080p.

yes it will all run fine. If you could spend less on motherboard and psu and put a bit more to a better cpu that would be better. Should get a solid 500w psu for $50 and a good enough motherboard for $60-70 (assuming US$)
