GTX 960 OC or not

Okay so i am about to buy a used pc and it has an ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 STRIX 2GB
the ad says. So i when i searched it up on the internet i could only find Asus STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5. So my question is Is the asus strix always OC and GDDR5 or can it also be not OC and GDDR5.

How much more fps will i get in games with the OC version. And i thought all the GTX 960's are factory overclocked?

The performance difference is not major. A rough guess would say 1-3% more fps. Most GTX 960 are factory OC, the reference model from Nvidia is usually the only ones that aren't factory OC.
