GTX 960 or wait for 300 Series

So I have a budget build in mind for my second build and I need to figure out what GPU to get. I doubt that AMD would be able to beat the efficiency of the 960, but the cards costing around the same price as the 960 ($200) may out perform it by a long shot. I am just really not sure if I should wait as the 960 is already a great card and you get a free copy of Batman Arkham Knight if you order it now. Thanks for any replies

Thanks so much for the reply, I really appreciate it. Owning a Gigabyte 970 G1 Gaming Edition in my main PC, I think I know exactly which model to pick up.

What resolution are you gaming in and what settings are you trying to achive? What games will you be playing? What are the specs of your budget PC? Without knowing any of this information, I would personally get a used 970 for $250 off Ebay. I know that wouldn't get you the gaming code of Arkham, but perhaps a buddy of yours may already have a code to give you. Many people purchase two cards and therefore have a code to spare.

I agree the 960 will suit the budget build just fine.
