So, this card is putting out a very pixelated image. Here is a comparison to my R9 270X.
This is the GTX 960 one: https://i.gyazo.com/de7e60494e8dbd51b921d34e08bab9c1.jpg

I know that both of these pictures are a little different in how close I was to the monitor but you can tell that the GTX 960 one is very "rough" on the edges with the R9 270X pumping out a more smooth image. This isn't even my pc, it's one I'm building for someone. I still want to make sure they are getting the best quality possible though.
P.S. 1.)I have used every cable possible that you could use and still no change.
2.) The monitor is not the problem. I swear.
3.) I've switched the computers they are in (I've installed the GTX 960 on in my computer and it does the pixelation on it but not on the PC for my customer.)
4.) I do not use NVIDIA very often and have no idea how to fiddle with it's settings and would greatly appreciate if anyone knows how I can fix this!
