GTX 960 Vs GTX 970

Hello there again everyone! im coming on today to ask for a few opinions im a 1080P gamer and im debating between buying either the 960 GTX or the 970 GTX i would like to achieve at least high settings, i have 8gbs of ram and an i5 4460 i want to play stuff like mirrors edge 2 and arkham knight, which should i choose? thanks!

its a no brainier here. GTX 970, superior GPU compare to the 960.

true, but maybe the OP is concern about power consumption and heat. The R9 generates a lot of heat and It needs more power to operate than the GTX 970
