gtx 960 vs r9 380

ok so im getting a new gpu and i was wondering what gpu is better? the r9 380 or the gtx 960 i heard people say that the r9 380 is the best band for your buck and wanted to make sure this is true.

thanks for the quick reply guys i have 1 question. would getting a xfx r9 380 over a msi r9 380 make a diffrence? (if i get xfx instead of msi)

i have a r9 270x 4gb currently and i want to get a r9 380 i have a 750w psu will it work?

750W is plenty for a 380. Do you have a link to what power supply model it is? If it is a low quality psu you may want to upgrade.
