gtx 960 with asus mother board

i have a evga gtx 960 graphics card and im wondering if it would work with my asus e3 pro gaming v5 motherboard

Yes it will, there is no reason why a modern graphics card like the gtx 960 won't work on a high end gaming motherboard.
