GTX 965m vs GTX 970m, worth the cost?

So I'm in the process of getting a new laptop, and it has come down to a computer with a 965m for $1050ish or jump up to the 970m for about $200-300 more.

I know the 970m is a good deal better, but at the $200 to $300 premium, is it really worth it? This will be mainly for ESO, but it would be nice to be able to run Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 on the machine (main reason I'm entertaining the 970m). Any advice?

Here are the benchmarks so you can see a side by side comparison. The 970m does seem worth while if you can use the laptop for a year longer before it is outdated.

The price is worth it. I think it has a 30% performance increase over the gtx 965m but correct me if I am wrong. I would definitely recommend the 970 over the 965 for witcher and future games.
