GTX 970 500w PSU overclocking

Is there a possibility that my PSU might not be enough to overclock a GTX 970 on.

My OC:

Power Limit: 105%
Core Clock: +200
Memory Clock: +300

In case if it's not enough, is there a possiblity I could've damaged my GPU?

Any thoughts?

it should be fine. anyway, for your OC, dont just add 200MHz and call it a day, fine tune it for the best possible and stable performance.

What do you think I should do with the OC now? Well... at least that made my paranoia go away.

I ran alley benchmark for nearly 2 hours and the GPU didn't go over 68 degrees and I ran Sniper Elite 2 benchmark as well a couple of times, the OC increased average fps by 11-12.
