GTX 970 and i2500k firestrike score lower than average?

I have the feeling that my system is not performing as well as it is supposed to.

My 3dMark (Firestrike) Score is around 5550, with about 11000 graphical, 6150 physical, and 4150 combined.
My Specs:
CPU: Intel I5 2500k
GPU: Asus Strix gtx 970 4gb
Mobo: Asus p8p67-mpro rev 3
Memory: 2x 2x2 gb Corsair xms3 ddr3 (TW3X4G1333C9A G)
Hard drive: Crucial mx100 256 gb
Psu: Corsair GS750

I am using a scythe mugen 2 to cool the processor which does not get above 46 C, and the GPU reaches 66 C before the fan turns on.

Can anyone tell my what the problem is as my scores seem a bit low.

The physics score is a little low but I would say thats probably due to running slower 1333 ram. Other than that it looks about normal for a system running at stock clocks.

overclock your 2500k. and while your at it overclock the 970.

my 780 graphics score was 11959 and my overall score was 9805 with a 2500k.
