GTX 970 Dying?

So I was playing CS and all of a sudden my screen turns off, I said no biggie and restarted my computer, now every time I get a max 30fps plz help

Maybe corrupted driver files. Try reinstalling drivers to see if the problem continues.

Do you have third-party GPU software running, overclocking the card?
