I'm thinking about upgrading from HD4600 to a GTX 970. My CPU is an i5-4960 and I have 16GB DDR3. I will likely upgrade to an SSD. Will I be able to get 60FPS @ 1080p? I don't want any motion blur or tearing - so I'll have anti-aliasing maxed. Would I be able to get away with a lower card i.e. 750Ti or 960?

I did that first but the only results are blurry YouTube videos

Hmm? not sure, all I can talk about are my own experiences, I can run crysis 3, star wars battlefront, farcry 4 and many other demanding games at ultra 60fps but I gta v doesn't even run at normal, for some reason my system hates gta v, not sure why

I've heard alot about people having problems with 980Tis

The system destroys any other game I throw at it. Most games are running at ultra settings at around100fps. Not sure why GTA V has issues

I meant particularly with GTA V. The only reason I can think of is it no being designed to handle so much memory on one card, but that's a little absurd.
