Gtx 970 help please.

I have this board http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77M/ would a gtx 970 fit in it? because it's a micro atx board or the gtx 970 would get stuck in the ram slots or intervent with other things and wont fit?

It will fit on the board. The video card will not touch the ram. What you should be concerned about is the case.

I have this case http://www.corsair.com/en-us/carbide-series-300r-compact-pc-gaming-case and there's no way a graphic wont fit in a board? but it's a micro atx board not full atx i want to make sure.

Most likely. The real thing to worry about is if it fits in the case. It seems like clearance between the graphics card and the DIMM slots would be quite narrow.

It'll all fit then. that case supports up to 450mm graphics cards.

750W is more than enough, with room to upgrade.
