Moniter ----------- BenQ RL2240HE Monitor ----------- 8.5 k

Keyboard + Mouse --------- Logitech G100s --------------- 1.5k

Ram----------- Crossair Vengenace 8gb --------- 5k











I cant exceed a paisa over 1 lakh and after researching for 15 days have come up with the configuration i mentioned.
However i am a little tensed as the monitor I am purchasing is 60hz and Gtx 970 delivers 60+ fps in many games and thus it can lead to screen tearing .
I know about the vsync feature but it causes too much lag and therefore a strictly no no for me .
I am unclear about the dsr feature though. I have read about it and I am unclear as to whether using that feature will create problems in performance .

Also if you can suggest changes in my assembling, please do so .

Are you planning on overclocking your CPU? That CPU is a bit overkill unless you're planning an SLI or Titan X upgrade in the future. I would suggest an i5 4690k instead. Other than great build!!
