GTX 970(or similar) vs GTX 960

So the country I live in has insane prices on computer parts. GTX 960 price is around 220$~250$ while the GTX 970(for some fucking reason) is priced around 420$~460$ twice the price of the GTX 970. I know the 970 is much more powerful than the 960, but is it worth paying 200 more than the 960?
Don't know if this will be relevant but I also need to buy a keyboard, monitor and Windows. And I will keep this build for 3 years before I move to the states.

Short story, yeah it is worth it if you want a decent 1080p ultra / 1440p high performance.

I have no idea why you are lost, in the second post I explained why the 970 is more expensive and in my other post I explained why the 970 is better than the 390, like there is nothing to be lost about it. Think on your needs and budget. That's it.
