Gtx 970 problem need help with. Weird tearing on screen.

I have had this problem with where as you can see in the picture my screen tears and lines run horizontal across the screen and other times vertical. This only happens after a while of the pc being on and can come and go for a seconds or several minutes. I have ruled out it being the monitor by trying it on another pc in my home. My graphics card is a 'Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970' and this problem seems to only affect the display ports,as my other monitor running on HDMI does not have this problem at all. It also seems to be messing with my g-sync as it doesn't seem to work the last few days and I am getting screen tearing in games and games that felt smooth before now feel sluggish.

Well I tried the same DisplayPort cable in another computer and no problem. Also yeah my gpu is overclocked.

This is unlikely but it could be artifacting from the overlock but since your other monitors aren't doing it I doubt it.
