GTX 970 promotion question (witcher 3 and arkham knight)

according to Amazon, if you buy a 970 or 980, you can get 2 free game codes: Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight. I understand that you have to redeem your code to Geforce's website, but I dont know where I will be able to download the actual game. I heard it's not for Steam so it must be either Uplay or Origin. This offer expires on june 1st and I don't have that much time to build my PC so I was wondering if I can redeem the code as soon as i get it and put it on either my Origin or Uplay account and maybe download the games when i finish building?
