[SOLVED] Gtx 970 sli or gtx 1070

So, i would like to know what is better to choose.
My specs are:

CPU: AMD R3 1200 RRO (Going to upgrade to r5 3600)
RAM: 8gbx2 corsair vengeance pro RGB 3200
MB:Aorus X470 ultra gaming
PSU:550W evga g3 gold + 80
GPU: Msi GTX 1070 Armor Oc edition 8 gb

I want to try SLI with evga gtx 970 ssc acx 2.0.
Is SLI same as gtx1070 in performance?
Will my psu fine with SLI?

I'm not high end gamer who like to play the newest games on ultra graphics on high resolutions. By the way My display's resolution is full hd.
Im newbie programmer ,(つ≧▽≦)つ so i dont use my gpu as i have to, but i really want to try and have 2 gpus in my pc. If sli is slightly less with performance its fine .

You would really need a 750w to safely run dual 970's. Sli for gaming is becoming obsolete as game support has been in decline for years. For your use it sounds like you are not actually using sli even though you want to use both resources and I don't know how it compares to a single gpu.
