GTX 970 vs 1060 video editing

I will be editing in premiere and after effects. I mainly edit 1080p, some 4k (3840x 2160) 30 fps, and every once in a while a 4k 60fps clip. 6gb 1060 or 4gb 970

It's gonna be pretty much the same to be honest, get the 1060 if you're buying new and the 970 if you can get a good deal on a used one. Didn't you ask this exact same question twice a few days ago?
