GTX 970's SLI, triple monitor setup?

I am upgrading my GPU from a GTX 660 --> GTX 970's SLI.
Would I be able to run a triple monitor surround gaming setup in ultra settings in games like BF4 etc?

Yes, but be sure to get the GTX 970 version that has better cooling. EVGA, MSI, Gigabyte, Asus etc are good.

I run 3 1080p monitors on SLI 970's and it will play the game the best it can be played depending on the rest of your hardware.

was wondering if you could tell me what ports you used to do that? I can't get surround to work I keep getting display connection error.

The cards are going to be oriented different depending on what you bought.
List your card and monitors.
You are only using the ports from the top card right?

I have a asus 970 and a evga 970 they are laid out the same
I asked you because you said you had it working in SLI and surround so I'm just wondering which ports you used for the connection. I can't get it to do surround and SLI when I try to span it it tells me "display connection error"
