Gtx 980 cooling issue?

I recently had to RMA my GTX 980 G1 gaming for a bios swap which includes taking the cooler off most likely. I run heaven stress test and the GPU is at 65c and climbing withing the first 5mins. Do I need to re apply thermal paste or is that just normal temperature(all fans on the cooler do work).

You should not worry unless it approaches 80C. 65C is perfectly normal.

ok. Yes at stock fan speeds, but on a wind force cooler
