GTX 980 - EVGA SC ACX or ASUS Strix?

Hey guys, I can't decide between the two. The EVGA is $769 where I live and the ASUS is $869.
I'm after a quiet card with a nice solid build, I don't think I can get a backplate for the EVGA in Australia which sucks.

What would you pick?

just get any brand you like and trust... there will be max of 2fps boost anyways.. no big deal

asus usualy makes more cooler and silent ones
