My Gigabyte GTX 980 G1 randomly start to work odd. In game, I play perfectly for some time, and then start to go like slide show. When i look in OC Guru2, memory crashes, work constantly at 6000 MHz even if I am just in windows, without any application or game run. By default, frequencies are about 1228, 1329 MHz for GPU and 7000 MHz for memory. In normal work, when I do nothing, frequencies drop down lower (about 165 MHz for memory). But When it start to work at 6000, doesn't go lower till reset my machine. I tried to reinstal windows, nothing. Is that maby problem with nvidia drivers? I even cant flash my bios...

Solution
how many monitors did you have? disabled gigabyte OC guru. use gpu-z to check your gpu status instead. have you tried using different version of drivers?
Hi. I found the problem and solve it. The problem was occur when issch.exe starts. I found it in somewhere program data\ and delete whole issch folder and now i don't have problems. I was monitor my gpu&cpu state over phone (over logitech gaming software) when playing some game and i found one cpu core goes on 100% ang gpu processor & memory frequency also go on 100% (then if check in oc guru, memory works on 6000 Mhz)... I have I7 3,4 GHz, 12 threds, 32Gb ram, gigabyte gtx 980 g1, 2 monitors and one projector and everithing works fine till that issch starts. What is ISSCH? Is that something for update windows 10 or is it some virus or.... ?

Thanks, very much.
I was test some things (some software and some hardware) on windows 10 and didn't install AV jet. It is big chance, that is a virus or spyware, or something that infect something that run issch incorrect.... For any case, I will reinstall windows 10 and install nod and malwarebytes first.
