Gtx 980 SLI or single Gtx 980 ti

What is better solution. Buy a second 980 or wait for 980 ti and buy just one for ROG swift

Two 980s will definitely out perform a single 980 ti. If you want performance over heat and power consumption go for the 980 sli, if you want less performance over less heat and power usage go for the 980 ti (if released). You have an ROG swift, i assume you like to enjoy 1440p @ 144hz, so you need 140 fps+ so i'd go with the sli setup
