GTX 980 Ti Water Cooled makes Noise / Buzz

Hi guys,

I bought a GTX 980 Ti water cooled, the card seems perfect but while gaming it makes a strange noise, like an electric buzz...

As you can see it makes this noise also without 100% usage... wtf??

The card is a Gainward Phonenix GS

it sounds to me like the impeller (the pump blade) is chaffing on something (maybe off balance, or defective). You should see to RMA it. These are supposed to be very quiet, so either pump or something else, exchange it while it's easy to do so.
