Gtx 980 ?

I am going to buy MSI GTX 980 GAMING 4G but i don't know whether my current rig can support it.

Specs:

MSI B75A-G43 Gaming Motherboard
Adata 8 gb ram (dnt knw the mhz)
Core i5 3570K
AX1200i power supply.....
