gtx 980ti classified 2 monitor hook up

it seems when i plug one hdmi and one dvi in. it shuts down my dvi monitor. i dont know why does it pick the hdmi over the dvi or is something i can do to fix it?

Is this within windows? Usually within the bios and any process without gpu drivers installed it will generally choose hdmi over dvi and there isnt a way to change the default port there, if this is within windows try updateing your drivers for the gpu and maybe even do a full reinstall: http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html

Yea I've tried and nothing it's still choosing my hmdi over my dvi which are both plugged in but it will not put displays on both screens I uninsulated everything even reset my computer an still does the same thing
