GTX 980ti Coil Whine and High Usage

Hello I recently bought myself a 980ti and after having it work fine for a while it started having really bad Coil Whine and putting itself on 100% usage on low demanding games,I tried reinstalling everything from drivers to windows,the coil whine is really bad and I can hear it trough my headphones,and I could see myself getting past it but the 100% usage on games that I could run at 60 fps+ even on integrated graphics scares me.Also my Specs are
i7 6700k
980ti MATRIX Platinum
RMi 750W PSU
1TB HDD
16GB of DDR4 RAM
and Gigabyte H170 gaming 3 motherboard

Your gpu running at 100% is not a bad thing. It just means that it is working to its full potential and not throttling in any way. Not much that you can do about coil whine as some cards have it and some don't. My card had bad whine at first, but over time it has lessened to where I rarely notice it. Are you still getting good frames in games?

Yes but 1 week ago it wasn't doing it,also its doing it on Age Of Mythology you can google that up,judge for yourself I don't think it should be on 100% on a game like that

It is at 100% all the time? Or just fluctuating up to that?

100% When I don't have V-Sync on It doesn't fluctuate

Well without vsync on, the card will try to push out the max amount of frames that it can. I wouldn't worry about the usage as long as your cards temps are okay and you are still getting good frames.

You think it is normal for the card to sit on 100% on a game like that and sit on 36% on League Of Legends?
It just seems odd to me,Im kind of worried

Turn vsync on, if that doesn't bring it down to an acceptable level then RMA. That card cost too much to not take advantage of a warranty.
