Question gtx 980ti keeps crashing

i was playing sekiro and it works fine for a while but when it just goes crazy like a cartrige tilted a snes game but then the music plays like normal anyone else have this problem it has only happened to this game and forza horizon 4 so far when switching tabs

How old is the PSU? Looks like your GPU is giving up or it's being devoid of power from the PSU to cause the artifacting or the drivers are causing the issue.
