gtx 980ti not detected

yesterday i get suggestion from tomshard and purchased gtx 980ti ... i have installed t=the card but card not detected n device manager disply showing no signal or not connected hdmi cable ... after changed the cable into onboard hdmi working ?/ how can solve this issue

my gtx 980ti not detected n device manager display showing no hdmi connected ....As soon as I boot up they spin and then stop spinning, it gets like a jolt of power or something, no idea what it could be. Everything is plugged in and I can see white light where my PSU plugs into the card ...plzzzzz help

yesterday i ask suggestion here i got answer its working but now graphic card not working ..when i start d pc all the fans running after 2 mins graphic fans shutdwn also graphic card logo led blinking dim i dont know y wat can i do now
