gtx1050 2gb + i5 7400 ok for gaming?

Hello,
i want to build a pc for light gaming(lol, nfs, portal, etc etc) and maybe more demanding games, is this configuration good?
cpu = i5 7400
gpu = MSi gtx 1050 2gb gaming x
mbo = Msi h270 gaming m3
Ram = 8gb 2x4gb gskill 2400mhz cl15
1tb hdd and 120gb ssd
550w corsair psu

Which PSU exactly?
If you can swing the bump to the 1050Ti you will get more out of it for longer.

At 1080P/60hz or less resolution it will game fine on medium-ish settings. I second the idea of possibly getting the 1050 ti if you can fit it into your budget as it performs a bit better and you have the additional vram.

the problem is i got my gtx1050 on sale for 120 euros (143 dolars aprox) so i cant buy gtx1050 but i can overclock mine since is msi and i think i can overclock it a bit.

the thing is that i already bought it, and i will not use this pc to game very hard, mostly lol, and maybe some nfs, not very demanding games, and also i dont care getting down the graphics a bit.

OK, it will work , but instead of a VS series corsair which is not a very good PSU even a CX450M or something would be a big step up.

It's a decent model and a good PSU. You don't need that much power but you'll be glad you have it if you get a larger video card at some point.

i plan to change the gpu in the future so i will pick up cxm thank you
also, will better gpu bottleneck i5 7400?

not something to worry about at 1080p gaming really, just lower your details if you get slow downs in games.
