GTX750TI Csgo problem

I have a a10 6800k with a gtx 750 ti.... and I'm only running wow on like 40-60fps on LOW and I don't know why, was wondering if anyone has any solutions for this problem because I believe with all the videos I have watched people pay this game on high no problem... and I cant even play it on low with out crappy fps. Thank you!

Is your monitor hooked up to the graphics card? Did you install the latest drivers, from Nvidia?

I'm using vga.... could that be it? will hdmi be better? I mean I do have a 1080 monitor

I only ask, because we have had a few posts, where the user had their monitor hooked up to the graphics port, on the motherboard, instead of the graphics port, on the actual graphics card. VGA vs HDMI wouldn't affect 1080p performance.
