gtx760 battlefiel 4 only on low

i have a gtx 760 and i can only run battlefield 4 on low, I have updated my drivers but it still doesn't runs higher than low
My specs:

processor =i7 4770k (quad-core Haswell)
graphic card = gtx760 (2GB DDR5)
ram = 8GB DDR3 1333 Transcend
2000GB SATA3 HDD
128GB SSD
motherbord =Gigabyte - GA-H81M-S2PV
Windows 8.1

HKC V-POWER 650W<---------- I think this is the problem, the graphic card just simply doesn't get enough power

Power supply is big enough and lack of power should create instability, shut down and crashes. Your system should handle it fine maybe it is driver issues.

Well, this is a no-name PSU so my guess would be that it isn't "650w" but more like 350 with 650 written all over it.

I'm pretty sure 650W is more than enough for the 760 with your current specs. Are you sure no other intensive settings are enabled that are killing your framerate, because a 760 should easily be able to pull 30~ fps on Ultra settings.

Do u have an aftermarket cooler? Have u freshly installed ur gpu drivers? I think the latest is 331 or so.

i have it clean updatet to the newest driver and it still does not work
A friend of mine said it was a really bad PSU, it has +12V@20A and that good PSU's have +12V@54A

It has 2x +12 volt rails with 20amp. It is a generic unit best replaced with a quality unit but really your Computer does not even reach 400watts on load so I am not convinced it is the PSU.

i will bring it back to the shop and let them check it out if there is no answer by monday

We can tell you that from our own experience that the PSU you have can't handle the GPU you own. The only real option is to replace your PSU.
