gtx770 bottleneck fx6300?

I recently got a evga gtx 770 superclocked! It would be an amazing card if i could fix the bottleneck because of my amd fx 6300. Would overclocking my cpu fix the bottleneck or should i just buy and amd 8320? i would rather fix by spending no money.

my specs:
amd fx 6300
evga 770 sc
thermaltake toughpower gold 750w
mobo:msi 970 gaming
2X4gb of 1600mhx corsair vengance
hyper 212 evo

also would using the msi oc genie be a bad choice?

Overclocking won't make too much of a difference--- sorry to say, but in overclocking you will get less than 2 fps more from most games which is kinda pointless.. The best solution is to spend the money and get a better processor... The amd 8320 would indeed be a good choice..

i really hate to spend all of that money,is there anyway around it?

man,i gues im stuck i bought a lightly used gtx 770 for 200 bucks it was a steak any recomened gpus i should go to for a downgrade? but a true upgrade?

no bottleneck dont worry about it I have a 860k with a gtx970.
cpu isnt that important as long as it is ''good enough''
I bottleneck when running low settings but never with high settings always 60-70fps+ even when playing gta 5
