GTX780ti vs 970

So i know these cards are relativly old but its all i can afford. Ive found a 780ti windforce for 160ish dollars or a gtx 970 for 170ish dollars. Im not worried about power consumption or anything because my system draws a full 300w right now. All i want to know is performance. They are built on the same acitecture im pretty sure it being the 28 or 22nm process. I have an FX8320 and a GTX950 atm.

None, even though you talked about the budget I'd really go for RX 470/480 which you can find for the same price and will easily beat both the cards you listed.

Im not an amd type person and i need shadow play to record videos. Plus i use like nvidia acceleration for some other things.

In that case, the 780ti is your choice, around 5% better than GTX 970 in performance.

I have an i5 750 i can send you. I see that you have an i3 540. That is the 1156 socket? My first gaming rig was an athalon and i swaped to it XD Ill give ya a good deal on it XD

I've had an i5 760 before but it died on me lol, plus it would cost a fortune to ship to Pakistan. 😉 But regardless of that it is 1156.
