GTX970 for 300$?

I recently found a GTX970(GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD) on the second hand market where i live for 300 ish dollars; Should i go for it?Or should i just buy a new 1050ti?

The build specs I'm going for is:
Ryzen 3 1200
MSI B350 tomahawk
Corsair 8 GB 2400 ram
Green 650w PSU (persian brand that only sells in iran but great quality)

How much a new GTX 1060 3GB would cost where you live ?
If it's 500$ or more, then the price of GTX 970 is OK.

There are no 3gb 1060s available here but the cheapest 6gb was about 500$ So 970 wins
BUT is did come across something really cool! a working gtx1060 -6b strix(the 3 fan ones) which had all the fans ripped off for only 150$ U think i could do anything with that????
