THIS SECTION RELATES TO NEW SYSTEM BUILDERS
While your country may or may not have all the parts you want to purchase for your new PC, you will not want to opt to purchase parts from a store that is not in your country. Laws regarding customs fees and import taxes vary from country to country. Most are usually high especially in the European Union. Other places including Japan and China are known to place high fees and taxes on importing goods from other countries. Before importing check what the laws regarding your country require. In addition to using the sticky on how to ask for system build advice, it is imperative that you post the name of the store you plan to buy from. Otherwise people will automatically assume that you’re from the United States and will post builds from PC Part Picker.
Please note that a lot of stores in the European Union will ship to multiple mainland countries for a small fee. A store like Hardware Versand, which is based in Germany, has a flat shipping rate for about 20 mainland countries. Additional charges will be noted for Scandinavian countries and the UK.
In addition many component manufacturers including EVGA, Logitech, Sapphire, Corsair, OCZ, BitFenix, and Crucial allow you to order components directly from their website and will ship to countries world wide.
This website is a handy tool to allow you to calculate shipping and duty taxes on goods by importing them from one country to another: http://www.dutycalculator.com/
If your country is not listed there is no need to panic. This is a constantly evolving and growing database of stores and will be updated as we find them accordingly.

Before starting a new build for an OP in a country that is not the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Read this first. You must recognize what country the OP is from, what their planned system budget is, and plan accordingly. You must post the prices in their native currency (Euro, Pound, Rupee, Peso, etc) as the prices as well as hardware availability will vary from country to country and you have to factor in current and up to date exchange rates. This is especially true in developing economies where the hardware isn’t readily available yet. If you don’t know what that is the website http://www.xe.com will display the most accurate and up to date currency exchange rate information for hundreds of currencies worldwide. PC Part Picker will not use the data from any of the countries that are not listed.
If you need help translating websites that aren't in English or your native language, the free Google Chrome browser (available at http://www.google.com/chrome ) has an extremely helpful tool that translates to and from over 100 languages and dialects worldwide.
This thread will be closed. In the event it is open and being edited do not post to this thread or you will find your post deleted and you will be issued a warning. If you have suggestions for parts stores use this thread. That thread will remain open.
POSTING LINKS: You must recognize the OP's country of origin and accurately post the prices that reflect what is currently available. If you get an OP that is in, say, India you will have to post a link that looks like this:
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 - ₹42160 (USD $630.71)
Other examples:
Israel:
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB ACX 3.0 - ש"ח 3,699
Philippines:
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 980 - ₱25,900
A list of international currency symbols can be found here: http://www.xe.com/symbols.php
This will give other users an idea of how much a part will cost before suggesting a different part, the part prices will drastically vary from country to country.
