Guild War 2 causing overheating

I've never heard my PC sound like a car engine before. That is until my brother played Guild Wars 2.

My PC is able to run most games fine, e.g. Crysis 3, Witcher, MGSV, Far Cry4, and the temperatures don't even get as hot as when playing GW2.

I quickly asked him what he was doing when I heard the car engine sound coming from my PC, as I was pretty concerned. He said, "nothing." And I saw him alt tabbed out of GW2, watching a Youtube video with a download running. He said the heat was caused by the download, but of course, a Steam download doesn't heat up your PC to 80C+. I'm pretty sure of that. So I told him to cap the Guild Wars 2 FPS, and he said it was already capped at 60, and it was only at the menu.

He then told me that it was just my PC that sucked, but I'm quite sure that isn't the problem?
Guild Wars 2 can't be that demanding, right? Do I really need a better PC to play GW2? How can my PC achieve over 80 celsius and have my GPU fan sounding like a car engine by playing GW2?

Hard to tell you anything because we don't know ANY of your components. Maybe you have the stock cooler which can be very loud at max RPM. Guild Wars 2 indeed needs a lot of CPU power.

Hmm, after checking HWMonitor, my CPU runs at 80C during "world boss" fights or something like that? You can check my components by clicking on my profile. I use the stock cooler. Is that alright? Are these temperatures bad for my CPU?

I can relate to GW2 being CPU intensive; pretty much the only game that ramped up my stock clocked i5 to 60 degrees (pretty much any other game stays under 50~55 C).
And that's with an Hyper 212 EVO cooler and an ambient temp of roughly 27 degrees.

Get yourself an aftermarket heatsink, as advised already. 80 degrees is pretty bad for a CPU...
