Well, technically it can, but your experience wouldn't be very enjoyable. You'd be playing at the lowest resolution and lowest settings and still only be getting around 30 FPS, if that.

For that price you will be lucky if it plays Solitaire lol...

Think 4 times that price for a Gaming pc...

Oh and I would want to know what "OFF LEASE" means on that windows 7 operating system... it doesnt sound particularly legal to me...

Umm, I don't know what off lease means, but I think it is legal.

Did you see the specs on the computer?, 'cause VoiidWulf thinks it will run it, only on low settings though.

You could try to purchase a video card for that computer (I think you can get a 6670 for ~$70), as it doesn't have a dedicated one. The CPU meets the minimum system requirements, but as Wulf stated above, it will not be a pleasurable experience.

As far as other's experience, it will probably take a lot longer for you to load the map with such a slow computer, so others might have to wait around for you. and it's quite possible you will also be lagging heavily when there's a lot of action around, so your reaction to effects on screen will be impaired, so you might die a lot/etc

Yes, a dedicated video card would drastically improve the system. Even a really cheap one would be OK. I'd add some more RAM too. Its rather cheap.

It wouldn't ruin the experience unless someone was relying on you for something like a group boss fight or something. With the dedicated card and more ram, your experience should be OK if you don't mind bad graphics.

Off-lease means a business once leased the computer from Dell, and returned the pc at the end of the leasing period (like a car). We've just purchased a bulk load of off-lease Opti's at my job. No issues. There is a sticker at the top of the case with the oem license key for the OS. When you shop for a video card, make sure you get a low profile one. The 745 is a small form factor computer which doesn't accept full size pci cards.

A low profile card is a video card that's like half the size of the standard. The HIS Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 Low Profile is a decent recommendation.

It's Windows 7 32 bit so go with 4 gigs. DDR2 PC2-8500, DDR2 PC2-6400, DDR2 PC2-5300. Any one of these three memory types will work.

I think with the RAM and card you could probably play at low-medium settings at around 40-50 FPS.

Yeah, anything above 30 will look good. For first person shooters 60FPS is recommended as you need good reflexes and whatnot, but for an MMORPG like GW2, 30 is really all you need.
