NOTHING WAS NOTED THAT NEW HARDWARE WAS FOUND SO I TRIED TO MANNUALY SEARCH FOR THE CARD, BUT TO NO AVAIL. SHOULD I PULL THE CARD OUT REBOOT COMPUTER, SHUT DOWN, REINSTALL CARD AND REBOOT AGAIN? DELL SUPPORT WAS NO HELP. WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN OUTRAGOUS AMOUNT TO HELP CONFIGURE CARD TO SYSTEM. WHEN I PURCHASED SALESMAN SAID IT WAS A PLUG AND PLAY INSTALLATION. FROM SEARHCING THE NET NOT SO. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

You need the installation software for it to work. Below is the path to download the driver.
1)You need to select the Type of Vista you have 32 or 64 bit.
2) Select TV-Tuner (
3) TV Wonder 650 Combo PCI Express

If you can return that TV Tuner it be best for you.

That hardware is prone to failure. The software is not stable and has problem with Vista Media Center.

I replaced my TV Tuner 650 PCIE with hauppage 2250. A lot better for HD Digital and Analog TV.
