What should i buy. I play esport games like fortnite and csgo and other games.

Competetive Esports needs faster response, so 144hz would be the ideal choice. 1070ti should compliment it pretty well too.

Definitely go with a 144hz monitor for that rig. At 75hz, the monitor will be the bottleneck in most games.

The Hz rating of the monitor has nothing to do with competitive esports games. Higher Hz rating just reduces tearing, a cosmetic thing. People were playing competitive "esports" games before high refresh rate monitors.

Go with 144hz for smoother gameplay, for competitive make sure it has a low input lag as well (1-2ms would suffice).

What is your budget?

With a high enough budget you could go 21:9/144hz which gives you a peripheral advantage.

@gasaraki a higher refresh rate is one factor that can reduce total input lag (time if takes for an action to appear on screen), which is why it's often talked about for competitive gaming. I mean, the difference between a 60 Hz and 144 Hz monitor would be less than 10 ms (everything else being equal), so I'm skeptical how much difference (if any) it really makes, but some people feel it matters.
