Guys i have installed amd catalyst center, what next? :/

My computer is as naked as it can get, with only windows ultimate and AMD catalyst center installed(From CD).
What else should i install? Appreciate all help i can get thank you!

Motherboard drivers as well as any other drivers for any other devices you may have plugged in, I would also look into getting the most up to date drivers from the ati/amd website. Do you know the model and make of your motherboard and model of GPU?

At least all drivers to get rid of the all yellow exclamation marks in device management plus all recommended windows updates.
