Guys my CPU(I5-3210M) and GPU(GT 630M) are extremely hot even in idle!!

okay.. o today i though of installing cpuid hwmonitor and gpu-z to see my temps while gaming but when i opened .. i was surprised to see that the idle temp of all the cores of my CPU(I5-3210M) are around 70 degrees celsius!!!!!!
And the idle temperature of gpu(GT630M) was almost as same as cpu but a few degrees less hot(65-68 degrees celsius)...

Can someone help me for this thing.. i elevate my laptop uisng my cd bag.. so there is enough space for ventilation... what else to do?? plz help

ok guys just opened the backside.. and blew air through my mouth a lot of dust came out... now its ok.. temps of cpu are 55-60 degrees(Almost 15 degrees!!) and gpu is caped at 55 degrees when idle.. sometimes its 54 but never crossing 55.. though while gaming it is reaches 81 degrees.. before removing the dust it was 93 degrees while playing,... and i am looking forward to get a cooling pad as well.. so my problem is completely solved now..and i did no remove the fan.. so i believe that there maybe even more dust inside.. so thinking of buying a can of compressed air to blow over that dust as well.. also lenovo laptops have an option of fan dust extraction.. i performed that but no dust came out. actually..

A laptop cooler will probably help reduce temps by aroundanother 15 degrees, it depends on the avg room temperature it's operating in also, but a make sure it's a fan powered laptop stand.
