I'm trying to build a mid range gaming PC, and I was wondering if I would be able to fit an H100i and an H80i in the 360mm slot of the rosewill tyfring.

Solution
Short answer: It doesn't fit.

Long answer:
The rad on H100i is 275mm long and it blocks the last 120mm spot for 2nd, single slot, rad to be installed next to it. Also, H80i rad is 152mm long and if you put the two side-by-side, you'd get: 427mm in total length, which is 67mm more than your case could support.
