H100i Fans Dont Work

My h100i fans dont work at all. They are connected to the pump. Do I need some sort of software to make them work, or are mine defective?

Have you plugged the H100i molex connection into a molex from the PSU?

Are you sure that you've connected everything correctly? Also, try connecting the fans directly to the motherboard to see if they work. If they don't reach, unscrew them from the rad, plug them in, turn the computer on, see if they work, and turn it back off.

Did you connect to the USB header on the motherboard and download the software and drivers from Corsairs website?
