h100i fasn suddenly speed up and get loud

So here's my problem. when I'm gaming and temps are reading normal cpu floats around 30-35 Celsius well as I exit my game all of a sudden my h100i fans speed up to like full speed and get really loud for no reason when my temps are still reading normal.

Are both your fans plugged into the cpu fan header on your motherboard? If so you can use msi afterburner to control your fans

No I have a bzxt h440 and have it plugged in the fan hub in back
All I know is that for no reason my radiator fans kick it into high gear all my Temps on corsair link read just fine

Ah ok so you have them plugged into a fan hub, does this come with a controlling software or is it just power? If it comes with software you could check it to see what your fan settings are.
