H100i in a Corsair 300R

I've been doing lots of research on this very topic. I understand the hardware constraints.

I'm using an Asus Maximus VI Hero with Corsair Vengeance Pro Ram. The Ram doesn't exceed the ram slot size so can anyone say if I'd be safe?

I'm putting fans in pull on top so they aren't near hardware and itll make cleaning easier so I wont have to take it in and out. I'f i have to make slight modifications so be it. Thanks for the help though I just really wanted to go with the h100i cause I hate the exhaust mounted single 120mm coolers.
