H100i v2 and i5 4690k (not overclocked) idle temps at 34C and max load at 70C

Are these temps normal or high?

Meanwhile the temperatures are safe for the CPU, they're for water cooling. Did you apply propertly the thermal paste?

The radiator fans are going at about 1500rpm and 1920rpm (exhaust). The fans on the side and front of my case are running at approximately 1100rpm (3 fans are intake).

I don't know my ambient temp, i think about 75F.

I used Prime95 for max load, on the test that does maximum heat.

I may reapply it to see. When i applied it before, it took me a few minutes to replace the cooling block.
